Design

The submariner design is quite well known, and many brands use the same design on some of their watches.
It’s usually a classy but simple design, where the dial and the bezel has the same colour.  Around the bezel there’s also markes for hours and minutes. The steel bands also match the design very well.

Case and dial

The case is made of alloy and is silver colour with a black dial, but it’s also available in silver with white dial or a all black design (case, bands and dial).
The typical submariner/diver details are in place, like the insert(“perl”) at 12 o’clock, and the minute separation on the bezel. Although the hours in the dial are marked with squares instead of the typical dots.

The watch is rated 30M water resistance, so you can’t really use it under water, but it should handle daily use, like rain and splashes etc.

The window is made of Hardlex, is flat and is flush with the bezel.
There are three sub-dials on this watch, and they all work. The bottom and left dial are used by the stopwatch. Bottom shows seconds and left minutes. As usual the top button is used as start and pause, while the bottom button is to reset.
The right sub-dial shows they time in hour-format.

Hands are silver/metal with white marks (also used for lume). The big contrast between the metal hands and the black dial, makes is easy to read the time.
Hours and minutes are also well marked in the dial by white squares and lines.

This watch also has a date wheel, that is places at 6 o’clock, and is easy to see with it’s black text on white background.

As you can see below, the lume is also good on the watch. On the dial only hours are lumed, but that’s really all we need. All hands are lumed, even the one showing seconds!

Bands

The bands are made of metal and both look and feel good on the wrist.
There are three rows, where the middle one is slightly brushed, which gives it a nice look.
The quality also feel solid, and the clasp functions well without any problems or discomforts.

Wearing

Conclusion

This is truly a very nice looking watch. It definitively looks much more expensive than it is. The dial looks great, and so do the bezel. Although the bezel does not rotate!
The watch is comfortable to wear and the movement is accurate. I measured it to about -1 seconds per day.
